TAL is an internationally operating Du\u0308sseldorf based record label established in 2016 by Stefan Schneider. Concurrent with a continuous and carefully curated selection of releases, TAL has also become a home for a wide variety of multidisciplinary artistic activities, research, archival projects, exhibitions, public talks, live events and has also initiated a number of musical and interdisciplinary collaborations.

Since the very beginning TAL had its antennae well adjusted to the unpredictable, ever shifting world
around us. Instead of working along the lines of a prewritten concept or a dominant design identity,
TAL decided to abandon preconceptions in order to make new discoveries along the route and to combine different kinds of music into unexpected and new contexts.

Still in the first eight years of its existence and after more than 30 releases, TAL has managed to develop its own recognisable language in the landscape of contemporary music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
